My favorite sessions are the ones I get to go back and see a family I photographed in the past. Kate and Chris hired me for their first child's newborn session and then her first birthday as well. It is beautiful to see their family grow with another daughter. Here is baby Hazel.

What an absolute doll! She was so peaceful and I was shutter happy.

These pictures explain how people just stare at babies all day long. The expressions are awesome. 

Natural light, natural pose. Nothing better than natural.

With some window light, I was able to achieve some studio-like lighting. Theses are some of my faves from the day. 

These little body parts change so fast....I make sure I get in really close to preserve their sweet beauty. 

Onto family portraits. I can't help but smile as this sweet new family of four.

Grandma was a wonderful help and it was a delight to photograph her with her growing family.
