Baby Mason surprised his family by coming into their lives almost a month earlier than expected but once the family was home and settled, it was awesome to meet him and capture his first professional portraits. This child was DREAMY and there are many photos to show it! This is literally the first photograph I snapped that day.

Mason didn't wake up between outfit changes so we went ahead and switched things up.

This adorable personalized hat will only fit him for a super short time so we now have proof that it did in fact fit!

Mason's original due date was on Halloween so it was fun to take a photo of him in this very seasonal setup. (And how cute are those toes?)

Mom is a natural here, soothing her babe and enjoying every second. I love her smile as she holds her son.

Dad also has a warm way about him. It's awesome to see.

I like to provide a series of images for each grouping. And there can never be too many family photos.

Silhouettes are a fave of mine.

I always love love love the ring-on-the-toes shot. However, every baby I have ever photographed always squirms their toes and I have to shoot while the baby is moving around.

He was perfectly still and I went a little crazy with the ring shot. (Nothing is retouched. He was THAT still!)
